Seems like when I'm not working out I'm not eating well either!! Oh well I'm back to the gym this week and my foot is completely better so I will be buying tape before I start running again.

well we keep plugging along. My goals are not being met as far as the exercise goes. I am climbing stairs at work but the other things just are not happening right now. I am on my regular work schedule now and maybe with in the next two to three weeks I will get that on track!! Keep trying Ashley.
