We're still going!!! When I set my goal of running for 20 minutes I was a little skeptical if I could do it or not; but I was determined to try so I set myself on a rigorous schedule of running. I started with 3 minutes walk 1 minute run for 20 minutes, every day I increased it with 30 seconds of running. On Saturday I was up to 3 minutes running and 1 minute walking for 20 minutes. Monday I decided that now that I was up to 15 minutes total running (1.25 miles) I would see how much I could run without stopping to walk. I got to 10 minutes before I had to walk. I then walked for one minute then jogged for 5 then walked for one and jogged for 2 and walked for a final minute, 17 MINUTES TOTAL!! woo hoo! I'm going to try and increase it one minute a day until I get to 20 (jogging every other day).

Seriously if I can do this, you guys can reach your goals too!!!

  1. so here is my new goal...now that I have my wii fit...right now I do 10 minutes yoga...10 minutes strength trainging...15 minutes of arobics...and 10 minutes of balance...I hope to increase all of it so i am doing one hr a day total by march 15th...I have 4 full days on the wii at 45 mins a day...

  2. Well now!! Great Goals Gals!!!! Here is mine. My Goal --- To swim at least one hour twice a week. Walk up the stairs at work at least 2 flights, which is one floor, 5 times in each 12 hour shift. Do Osteo Free Weight Exercises for 1 hour twice a week. These I want to do by March 16.
